We are pleased to advise after placing an order with Cocumin please note the following:
- You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is in the process of being packaged to be sent.
- When goods are dispatched & sent, you will receive an email confirming your delivery has been shipped.
- Goods will be packaged to prevent product damage during transport.
- Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of being received. However please note: Cocumin cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post, particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned.
